Good home office working environment (quiet space, high-speed internet connection 100MB, ability to activate webcam at all times, headset)

We’re looking for a multi-talented Manual Quality Assurance Tester to join our leading Innovation team!
To sustain our growth and day-to-day operations, we rely on hundreds of automated processes, and to make sure they are working properly, our QA Lead is looking for assistance! You can imagine what a key role you’ll be playing!
Responsibilities :
- Fight the Bugs!
- Consolidate all system “bug” reporting for all contact centre systems on Monday.com.
- Replicate “bug” scenarios, pinpointing what the issues are.
- Report on weekly / monthly / quarterly trends and make recommendations.
- QA new features!
- create Manual test scenarios
- Assist in QA for new CRM features.
- QA different CRM processes to assist in new features design.
- Monitor Automation processes!
- Regularly monitor CRM automated processes.
- Report on weekly / monthly / quarterly trends and make recommendations.
This is a remote full-time position.
