We’re looking for a multi-talented Manual Quality Assurance Tester to join our leading Innovation team!

To sustain our growth and day-to-day operations, we rely on hundreds of automated processes, and to make sure they are working properly, our QA Lead is looking for assistance! You can imagine what a key role you’ll be playing!

Responsibilities :

• Fight the Bugs!
• Consolidate all system “bug” reporting for all contact centre systems on Monday.com.
• Replicate “bug” scenarios, pinpointing what the issues are.
• Report on weekly / monthly / quarterly trends and make recommendations.
• QA new features!
• create Manual test scenarios
• Assist in QA for new CRM features.
• QA different CRM processes to assist in new features design.
• Monitor Automation processes!
• Regularly monitor CRM automated processes.
• Report on weekly / monthly / quarterly trends and make recommendations.

This is a remote full-time position.
