Customer Service Coordinator
Location : Cluj-Napoca
Your responsibilities include :
- Verifying and expediting customer orders to ensure accuracy and secure on-time delivery by coordinating special requests
- Providing information to customers regarding order status by answering inquiries via phone and email
- Resolving issues by collaborating with sales representatives and customers to ensure a smooth sales to shipping process
- Assisting sales representatives in processing customer quotes by performing stock checks and obtaining delivery information
- Performing general office duties as needed, such as telephone service or sample shipping
