Customer Service Coordinator

Location : Cluj-Napoca

Your responsibilities include :

Verifying and expediting customer orders to ensure accuracy and secure on-time delivery by coordinating special requests
Providing information to customers regarding order status by answering inquiries via phone and email
Resolving issues by collaborating with sales representatives and customers to ensure a smooth sales to shipping process
Assisting sales representatives in processing customer quotes by performing stock checks and obtaining delivery information
Performing general office duties as needed, such as telephone service or sample shipping

What you bring to us :

You have completed a vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector, or bring comparable experience

You have already gained professional experience in customer support – working in our industry would be ideal

Outstanding written and oral communication with fluent Romanian and good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of German is an advantage

Good knowledge of all MS Office Applications

As a team-orientated person, you convince others through an above-average commitment, a conscientious style of work and a high degree of resilience
