QA Lead.

A QA LEAD is the person who coordinates the testing process for a project, to meet the quality, budget, and timeline constraints, by planning and implementing efficient work methods.

Key responsibilities :

• Assumes ownership of assigned projects and drive them to success by creating, implementing, and updating an efficient test plan, that thoroughly covers the needs and the specifics of the project.
• Builds an efficient and motivated team, leads by example, and provide timely feedback and support. Acts as a mentor, ensuring constructive feedback, efficiently organising meetings.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with external partners.
• Identifies and prepares test designs in line with client and project requirements.
• Raises flags and provides solutions related to the project or the team when the situation requires it.
• Manages the allocation of resources (testers and tested hours) for an optimum flow of the project.
• Keeps track of project timeline and milestones and proactively identifies and communicates relevant risks or opportunities.
• Handles validations and reports related to different milestones of the project.
