Your day to day :

2nd Line Operations of PBX and Messaging in a multi-vendor environment with a focus on administration and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications Manager including 3rd-party applications.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business :

  • Integrate new systems into the VF monitoring systems (incl. documentation).
  • Manage and maintain the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) incl. third-party systems with the support of our Managed Service Partner
  • Manage work orders (Ticket System) from customers or 1st level directed to our managed service partner (incl. SLA monitoring / reporting).
  • Support our Managed Service Partner if queries and problems arise that lie within the VF Network

With these skills you are a great candidate :

  • Several years of experience managing CUCM and related systems
  • Experience with network technologies and protocols (, SIP, H 323, TCP / IP, SNMP)
  • Experience with Operating Systems : Microsoft Systems, Linux, Cisco IOS, VM Ware ESXi, VM Ware vCenter
  • German and English (spoken and written)

    • Must have technical / professional qualifications :

  • 1-3 years of experience as UC Engineer
  • Cisco HyperFlex / Intersight
  • Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP certification are a plus
