Your day to day :
2nd Line Operations of PBX and Messaging in a multi-vendor environment with a focus on administration and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications Manager including 3rd-party applications.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business :
- Integrate new systems into the VF monitoring systems (incl. documentation).
- Manage and maintain the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) incl. third-party systems with the support of our Managed Service Partner
- Manage work orders (Ticket System) from customers or 1st level directed to our managed service partner (incl. SLA monitoring / reporting).
- Support our Managed Service Partner if queries and problems arise that lie within the VF Network
