- You support the digitalisation and automation of existing HR processes with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
- You take on the role of the main contact person for our HR department and provide support in the new and further development of processes within the HR systems
- You are responsible for maintaining an overview of the system landscape, especially with regard to system adjustments
- You advise our HR departments on the definition of technical requirements and their implementation and are also involved in HR-related projects
- You take on the interface function between HR and IT
- Perform regular HR reports, or based on special requests
QualificationsQualifications
Degree with a focus on HR, IT, or similar studiesExpertise in HR and SAP SuccessFactors for minimum 2 yearsBasic knowledge of SAP HCMPassion for working with different HR systems and digitalisation of processes, as well as a proactive, hands-on mentality to contribute to different implementation initiativesFlexibility and the ability to work both, independently and in a teamEvaluation skills and analytical thinkingStructured working methodologies with high affinity for dataNice-to-have : experienced user of SAP HCM
