Job Description

We are looking to hire one highly motivated, customer focused person to our inside sales team. If you are sales oriented, interested in working directly with international customers, and want to join an empowered, creative and fun team - this opportunity will be a good fit for you.

You will provide online demonstrations of our software in English, to prospective customers in enterprises across the globe. Our software is simple to use, simple to demonstrate and consistently gets extremely high customer satisfaction reviews (over 3,500 5-star reviews on Trustpilot). You will showcase the features and capabilities of the software, answer questions, present tips and tricks, and steer prospects toward purchasing options. Additionally, you will track customer opportunities in our CRM system to help build and manage the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Activities will include :

Conduct online software demonstrations for prospective customers;

Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop customized demos;

Answer customer questions and address concerns during the demo process;

Enter customer opportunities and update account information in our CRM system;

Follow up with customers after the demo to answer any additional questions and gather feedback;

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our sales process;

Stay up to date on product features, updates, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience

Strong English written and verbal skills;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Ability to effectively showcase software features and capabilities to a non-technical audience;

Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to accurately enter data;

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;

Prior experience in sales, software demonstration, or customer support is preferred;

Flexible hours to stay connected with the US team - work to 2PM PST (Seattle) min 3 days a week.
