What you will do
LI-DNI Become our customers’ trusted technical advisor and develop a deep knowledge of their systems and needs. You’ll support our customers with Oracle DBA, Exadata, Oracle Secure Backup and more
- Provide production operation support for Oracle Database Environments
- Support the stability, availability, and performance of critical business systems
- Analyze product problems to find resolutions
- Resolve new and complex issues, research technical inquiries, and handle user problems
- Support software installation, configuration, health checks, and performance assessments
- Provide 24 / 7 support, working on a 365x7x24 shift pattern.
