Descrierea postului5 – 8 years of application design & development experience Solid experience with OOP, PHP, Web Services, XML / XSLT, HTML / CSS, JavaScript / AJAX, Apache, Linux, MySQL is required Experience with Magento 2is mandatory Good knowledge of MVC architecture is mandatory An understanding of OO design principles to support large-scale custom enterprise applications Experience with source code management strategies (e.g. forking, branching), and release management Basic knowledge of system administration and software and hardware configuration; ability to make informed recommendations to customer IT staff; ability to troubleshoot pre- and post-production implementations; security; load balancing and performance Familiarity with databases and data modeling / design techniques; data interface protocols; database software installation; database tuning Knowledge of any additional languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, etc. is a plus Excellent time management and strong multi-tasking skills E-commerce or similar web experience is strongly preferred Prior experience in helping clients through the decision-making process Must be fluent in English, written and verbal communications

The goal of this team is to provide high-performance, high-availability applications to both internal and external clients. Made up of project managers, developers and system administrators, this department maintains and enhances existing web applications as well as providing cloud-computing expertise to a wide range of enterprise clients.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with a local team to create high quality e-commerce sites built on the Magento platform
- Analyse client business needs and recommend innovative solutions that leverage technology to provide market differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences
- Collaborate with an international team of Project Managers and Architects to understand client needs and communicate project progress
- Developers must understand functional and technical requirements of multiple web-based applications, as they perform maintenance and enhancement activities.
- Mentor more junior staff members and be a role model for best practices in technical development
- Write great code! Collaborate with more experienced colleagues to determine the best approach to solving complex business problems with technology
- Client Support - Senior Magento Backend Developers interact with both internal project teams and external clients throughout Europe and North America.
- Application Support - Senior Magento Backend Developers must quickly understand functional and technical requirements of multiple web-based applications, as they perform maintenance and enhancement activities. They are responsible for application deployment, release management and patching.In addition, they assist with creating, reviewing, and updating web application configuration and run documentation.
