What this position is about – purpose :
Join our dynamic team as a Trade Marketing Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our trade marketing strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to bridge communication between Brand Activation teams and Trade Marketing teams (General Trade, Leisure, and Key Customers) to ensure seamless information flow to TMM and TMA. Collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing Planning & Analysis Manager to translate broad trade marketing objectives into specific, actionable client-level goals.
What will you do - Responsibilities :
- Translates all the brand communication programs into clear objectives and activities at the level of the store / point of sale and communicates them to TMA / LCA
- Defines the activity cycle plan for consumer and market programs per TMA / LCA and Merchandiser.
- Defines, plans, and validates the targeted universe and the allocation of resources according to the activity / TMA / LCA for activities addressed to the consumer and the market and monitors the timely delivery of the necessary materials
- Manages Entersoft / PowerBI databases to ensure the permanent updating of the information
- Develops and implements the reporting system of trade activities (trade marketing programs, temporary material placements) in Entersoft / PowerBI to ensure timely reporting and evaluation of results
- Ensures data loading and verification in systems (Entersoft / PowerBI), both those received from the sales force and those received from collaborating agencies
- Ensures updating, data accuracy, and sending specific reports in a timely manner ( MBS TMA monitoring report, the performance of the contracted universe, etc.)
