Your tasks
- Requirements analysis : collaboration with the specialist departments to create and prioritize requirements
- Project management : Planning and documentation of development packages in the software life cycle.
- Coordination & control : cooperation with external service providers and support with the introduction of new features.
- Quality assurance : carrying out functional and integration tests to ensure smooth performance.
- Support & training : Support for users during rollout and regular training.
- Incident management : analysis and monitoring to optimize application operation.
- Further development & optimization : Active co-design of our systems and processes, including in the areas of interfaces, EDI, ERP, e-commerce, warehouse management and customer-specific in-house developments.
