RESPONSABILITĂŢI SPECIFICE

Executie

Emite Planul Anual de Instruire GxP

Administreaza matricea de instruire

Pregateste materialele de instruire si chestionarele de evaluare cunostinte

Realizeaza instruirea GxP cu procedurile de sistem, in concordanta cu planurile anuale de instruire

Inregistreaza instruirile in baza de date evidenta instruire

Monitorizeaza aderenta la Planul Anual de Instruire GxP;

Raporteaza lunar KPI – Instruire.

Se asigura ca este instruit corespunzator postului, cu Ghidul GMP, cu standardelor de calitate

Actualizeaza procedura interna de instruire in vederea alinierii acesteia la cerintele de grup / GMP si instruieste personalul impactat.

Actualizeaza matricea de instruire / curicule cu noile proceduri / politici

Verificare

Verifică documentele de instruire, chestionarele de evaluare,

Verifica respectarea planului anual de instruire de catre toate departamentele

Verifica baza de date cu personalul nou angajat, respectiv plecat din companie

Evaluare

Evaluează chestionarele de evaluare

Alte activitati

Îndeplineşte alte activităţi conexe, atribuite de superiorul direct şi / sau prin decizia companiei.

CERINTELE POSTULUI :

Studii :

Studii universitare finalizate cu specializare chimie, chimie industriala, biochimie sau farmacie.

Perfecţionări / specializări :

Cursuri in domeniul sistemului de management al calităţii (ISO 9001);

Cursuri de pregătire în domeniul auditului intern

Experienta si cunostinte :

Experienta in Asigurarea Calitatii minim 1 an sau experienta in controlul calitatii / productie medicamente minim 3 ani.

Cunostinte privind legislatia farmaceutica in vigoare.

Cunostinte privind RBPF.

Cunostinte privind caracteristicile produselor farmaceutice fabricate

Cunostinte privind echipamente si produsele derulate in zona de desfasurare a activitatii.

Cunoasterea proceselor de fabricatie si ambalare.

Cunoasterea limbii engleze nivel avansat
