Aufgaben

Pentru proiectele noastre de constructii rutiere din Bucuresti zona Jilava - Birou Progresul, angajam un Tehnician Estimare / Deviz.

analizeaza fisa de date si studiaza documentatia (caiete de sarcini,fise de date, planuri, memoriu tehnic) pentru licitatii
intocmeste devize ofertadupa antemasuratori existente, deviz general investitie, deviz pe obiect,extrase de deviz : liste de material, manopera, utilaje, transport pentruexecutie lucrari;
intocmeste solicitari declarificari in conformitate cu documentatia analizata;
colaboreaza cudepartamentul de achizitii in vederea transmiterii detaliilor necesare, respectiv pregatirea pachetelor pentru subcontractori, pentru solicitarea ofertelor de pret;
realizeaza analizacomparativa a ofertelor primite;
analizeaza costul uneiinvestitii in programe interne specifice (iTWO);
intocmeste, depune siurmareste documentatia pentru licitatii (oferta financiara, cat si suportpentru partea de eligibilitate si propunerea tehnica);
intocmeste oferte tehnico– economice in conformitate cu cerintele documentatiei pentru participarea lalicitatii publice / oferte private;
urmareste evolutiaproiectelor in curs;
verificarea legislației învigoare referitoare la procesul de ofertare;
efectuarea vizitelor deamplasament;
mentinerea relației cuproiectanții, subantreprenorii, colaboratorii în cadrul procedurii de achizițiepublică;
mentinerea unei baze dedate pentru proiectele de interes conform instructiunilor interne.

Qualifikationen

experienta min. 5 ani;

spirit de echipa, abilitateade a lua decizii, responsabilitate, comunicare excelenta oral si scris;

persoană perseverentă, cucapacitate mare de învățare a sistemelor noi de lucru și atentă la detalii

cunostinte de limbaengleza la nivel cel putin mediu; limba romana – nativ / avansat

cunostinte avansate de MSOffice (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);

cunoastere a unui programde devize (constituie un avantaj);
