For our client, we are looking for a Warehouse / Office Assistant to join the office in Bucharest.

Work model : on site

We are looking for highly motivated, team-oriented and open-minded colleagues to join our team in Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities / what you'll do :

Taking care of the warehouse and constant stock of equipment;

Load and unload the truck with goods;

Monthly inventory check;

Receipt, issuing and dispatch of safety equipment;

Creating invoices and offers for customers – rarely;

Communication with customers;

Procurement of equipment from headquarter - rarely;

Preparation of weekly order to Croatia - rarely;

Proposing of promotions (old items);

Take care about Facebook page;

Translations of newsletters;

Translations of basic manuals;

B2B organizations (internal portal for B2B customers);

Preparations of certifications files for items (CE).

Requirements / What you'll bring :

English B1 / B2 written and spoken production;

Ideally prior warehouse keeping experience, but not mandatory;

Attention to details and with good time management skills;

A responsible, reliable and organized person.
