Marketing Manager, Patient Monitoring & Life Support – Southeast Europe Location : Romania (covering Romania and other SEEU countries) Highly Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Career Enhancement An exciting opportunity is now available to lead our PMLS marketing function. We are looking for a strong, confident, and talented PMLS Marketing expert to develop local marketing strategies for Mindray PMLS products to support the increase of Mindray market share. Critical for us is your rich marketing management experience within an PMLS related medical devices business, your proven KOL relationships, your fluency in English, and your potential of increasing Mindray brand awareness in Southeast Europe. Your responsibilities : Marketing Management : Develop marketing strategies for Mindray PMLS related products, contributing to the global strategic planning of annual and long-term marketing plans to support the increase of Mindray market share Gather and capitalise on market intelligence, supporting product development Introduce new products / releases to the market : design regional launch plans, follow the performance of the products, monitoring competitors and analyse new market potential Manage the marketing budget Organize or support the marketing events Manage the SEEU PMLS demo pool Sales Support : Establish and maintain strong relationship with KOLs Develop clinical promotion subjects with KOLs for the region Support building strong relationships in key hospitals for the region Cooperate with distributors for marketing activities including, but not limited to workshops, seminars, training, and product demonstrations Improve the capability of sales team and distributors by providing continuous training and consultancy Team Leader： Establish good atmosphere among the marketing team Maintain the good relationship with other departments to have good synergy Identify clear responsibility among the team to have smooth communication What are we looking for in you? Fluent written and spoken English Evidence of comprehensive experience in Patient Monitoring & Life Support related medical devices, clinical experience in your history is a strong advantage Proven knowledge of Patient Monitoring & Life Support market Ideally products and experience in top player or distributors of top players Ideally with a background in a large international business looking to join Mindray at an exciting time to truly showcase your ability and glean significant impact You will either have people management experience, or be an influential leader looking to develop your people management expertise What’s in it for you?
