IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (M / F / D)
Your tasks :
- Support and monitoring : Ensuring smooth IT operations by monitoring and continuously optimizing our systems.
- Administration : Managing and configuring our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and storage solutions.
- Installation and administration : setting up and maintaining IT workstations, installing and configuring software and managing peripherals.
- Technical support : assisting employees with IT issues, analyzing and rectifying errors and ensuring efficient IT support.
- System security : monitoring data backup processes, implementing security measures and rectifying faults to ensure IT security.
- Project work : Planning, expanding and documenting our IT environment and leading the implementation of IT projects.
- Reporting and documentation : creating reports and evaluations on system performance and maintaining technical documentation and manuals.
- Hardware management : Management and maintenance of hardware components such as servers, computers, mobile devices and other IT equipment.
