Resource Manager

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Resource Manager for Commissioning, you will coordinate the allocation and utilization of both internal and external commissioning engineers within the Erection and Commissioning department. Collaborating closely with project managers, team leaders, and other partners, you will assess resource requirements and address any related challenges. Additionally, you will play a key role in the personnel order process and ensure the technical setup including technical solutions for commissioning engineers globally.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will be responsible for the planning, sourcing, allocation, and onboarding of qualified commissioning engineers according to the business and project requirements.

Regular status updates will be provided to senior management within the Erection and Commissioning Organization.

You will also support the assigned personnel in delivering outstanding site performance and facilitate feedback on their performance.

What You Bring

Proven experience in a similar role within complex industrial projects, preferably in the energy sector (Power Plant or Transmission projects).

Experience working on industrial construction sites.

Ability to collaborate optimally in an international and multicultural environment.

Flexibility, strong decision-making skills, and independence in actions.

Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
