Role description :

  • Cover end-to-end payroll operations for employees in Hungary, including data collection, validation, payroll calculation, compliance with local labor laws;
  • Collaboration with different stakeholders, including external authorities to ensure smooth payroll operations and compliance;
  • Payroll calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance;
  • Collect, validate, and process payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and benefits;
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent Hungarian and medium English (B2 level);
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably HR payroll in a shared service or multinational environment;
  • Strong knowledge of Hungarian payroll legislation and tax regulations;
  • Experience working with Global SAP.
