The Opportunity
The Junior IT Support is responsible for providing technical support to employees of the company on various software and hardware issues by answering questions or resolving technical problems, in a timely and professional manner, to minimize the impact on operations.
Your key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for users
- Escalate complex issues to IT management and technicians for timely resolution
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade computer hardware, software and peripherals
- Collaborate with IT staff for the development, deployment and maintenance of IT projects
- Provide technical support for video conferencing, telecommunication and audiovisual systems
- Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on all company-supported software and hardware applications
- Respond and manage service requests via a ticket system, email, or phone
- Provide training to end-users on the use of company supported software and hardware applications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field1 year of experience in IT Support or similar rolesKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating system software, Active Directory, SCCM etc.Basic Networking understandingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsWhat working at EY offers
