For our business partner, one of the largest integrators of IT and physical security solutions for national and European critical infrastructure, we are seeking a PL / SQL Developer to join their on-site team in Bucharest on a full-time basis .

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing scripts and PL / SQL packages that power core applications. A strong understanding of Oracle environments is essential, and solid working knowledge of Oracle APEX is a must. Your technical expertise will directly contribute to improving the functionality and efficiency of our database solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize PL / SQL procedures, functions, and packages.
• Collaborate with other developers and project managers to understand business requirements and translate them into database solutions.
• Lead thorough testing and debugging of PL / SQL scripts to ensure robust applications.
• Monitor and optimize database performance through efficient schema design and indexing strategies.
• Assists in database design and suggests improvements to existing databases.
• Provides support and maintenance for existing applications
• Document changes made under internal standards.
