About the Role
Location Romania Bucuresti Bucharest Remote vs. Office Hybrid (Remote / Office) Company Siemens Energy Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Competence Hub Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Student (Not Yet Graduated) A Snapshot of Your Day As a Working Student, you will assist with a variety of administrative and advisory tasks related to global mobility and delegation activities. This role will involve supporting our team in ensuring compliance and efficiency in our processes, following established guidelines and procedures. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Assist in the timely and compliant delegation of field staff from the Romanian hub
- Support the Hub Lead in Romania with various administrative tasks and processes
- Maintain and update internal records as needed
- Help execute the SE delegation process by utilizing internal tools and preparing necessary documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders, including field staff, Romanian HR, Global Mobility Services, regional units, resource managers, and external partners such as embassies and visa providers
- Draft delegation contracts as required
- Assist in managing travel expense claims for delegates
- Build and maintain relationships with international service providers
- Order work attire and manage working tools
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degreeExperience in dealing with external customers is a plusStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and analytical thinkingProactive and self-motivatedFluent in English, both written and spokenProficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groupsAvailability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
