Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts by building long-term, trust-based relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding business challenges and identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities for Inetum services
Anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions that support their digital transformation
Actively monitor trends and developments in the IT market to support client strategies
Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
Ensure project profitability and client retention through regular follow-ups and business reviews
Contribute to internal strategic planning based on client feedback and market insights
Represent Inetum at industry events and through professional networks
Achieve objectives related to account farming, growth, and profitability
Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within IT consulting, focused on farming and client retention
Proven ability to grow existing accounts through upselling / cross-selling while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Experience managing C-level relationships and working in complex client environments
Strong understanding of the IT market, software development methodologies, and technology ecosystems
Familiar with RFI / RFP processes and service contract negotiations
Customer-oriented approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
English – professional level, French - can be a plus
