Job description

Mission

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing key accounts by building long-term, trust-based relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding business challenges and identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities for Inetum services
  • Anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions that support their digital transformation
  • Actively monitor trends and developments in the IT market to support client strategies
  • Collaborate with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction
  • Ensure project profitability and client retention through regular follow-ups and business reviews
  • Contribute to internal strategic planning based on client feedback and market insights
  • Represent Inetum at industry events and through professional networks
  • Achieve objectives related to account farming, growth, and profitability

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within IT consulting, focused on farming and client retention
  • Proven ability to grow existing accounts through upselling / cross-selling while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Experience managing C-level relationships and working in complex client environments
  • Strong understanding of the IT market, software development methodologies, and technology ecosystems
  • Familiar with RFI / RFP processes and service contract negotiations
  • Customer-oriented approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • English – professional level, French - can be a plus
