Growth Hacker / Performance Marketer

The Role:

As our Growth Hacker, you will be fully responsible for driving growth across all marketing channels — with a clear focus on measurable results.

You will take ownership of user acquisition, referral and organic traffic, and conversion optimization across both B2B and B2C segments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing growth strategies for all products
• Managing and optimizing organic, referral, social, and paid traffic channels
• Driving KPI-based growth, with clear performance metrics and measurable results
• Running CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) across the full customer journey
• Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to accelerate performance
• Testing, scaling, and automating growth experiments with a focus on ROI

Ideal Profile:

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of proven experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing
• Demonstrable track record of successful growth campaigns (please include examples or metrics)
• Deep understanding of organic acquisition, referral systems, and funnel optimization
• Strong analytical mindset, familiar with data tools and performance dashboards
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented — able to work independently without supervision
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
