As a Junior Configurator , you'll be part of a cutting-edge team shaping how enterprise-grade digital solutions are designed and delivered. What you will do on a daily basis :

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to understand business needs and translate them into working configurations.
• Configure digital journeys using the FlowX.AI platform and validate them against business and technical requirements.
• Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and actively participate in iteration cycles.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure traceability of your work.
• Stay curious and keep learning - tools, techniques, patterns, and platforms.
• Be an active voice in the evolution of our product, team culture, and methodologies.
