Services Supply Chain Order Fulfilment Specialist

Lenovo’s Services EMEA Order Fulfilment team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Services Supply Chain Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our ISG Services Support team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring seamless delivery of services and parts across the EMEA region, supporting our mission to deliver excellence to our customers.

What else is waiting for you in this role?

• Manage end-to-end fulfilment of customer orders—from creation to Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Ensure timely order processing in alignment with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform backlog management to minimize delays and prevent ageing orders.
• Handle customer and internal escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Support the Parts Escalation Desk (PED) and manage Parts Delivery Time (PDT).
• Oversee Parts Ship Date (PSD) activities including supply rebalancing and direct shipments.
• Track and manage Parts Delivery Level (PDL), collaborating with logistics and escalation teams.
• Provide daily performance reports to the Service Support team and WW Services Supply Chain (SSC).
• Apply demand planning and forecasting techniques based on historical data and install base.
• Contribute to process improvements to meet evolving business needs.
