Continuous Improvement : Actively contribute to the companys growth and continuous improvement plans, helping to shape the future of the company.

What Were Looking For :

Language Skills : Fluent in Turkish (C2) and fluent in English (C1), both oral and written.

Exceptional Presentation Skills : A natural ability to engage and entertain an audience with confidence.

Energy & Enthusiasm : A positive, outgoing personality and the ability to maintain high energy levels throughout the games.

Flexibility : Willingness to work flexible hours and commit to a 24 / 7 service pattern.

Reliability : Excellent timekeeping, attendance, and dependability.

People Skills : Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions.

Composure Under Pressure : Ability to think quickly, stay calm, and maintain accuracy and discretion under pressure.
