We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to join our team and collaborate with one of our clients, a Big Four professional services network present in over 150 countries. You’ll be part of a team designing and delivering sustainable ServiceNow ITOM solutions , ensuring enterprise-level integration, architecture, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Script in ServiceNow using JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages)
• Integrate 3rd party monitoring tools with ServiceNow ITOM Health / Predictive AIOps
• Support Discovery, Service Mapping, and MOM implementations (customization, integrations, upgrades)
• Troubleshoot networking and event data, ensuring system stability and performance
