BI Developer

Responsibilities :

• Dashboard Design & Development : Create dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports tailored to meet the needs of business stakeholders. Ensure visualizations are user-friendly, visually compelling, and insightful.
• Data Preparation & Optimization : Collaborate with data engineers to understand and profile data sources. Develop and optimize data extracts, calculations, and models for efficient reporting.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business users to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into scalable, technical solutions.
• Performance & Scalability : Monitor and resolve performance issues in dashboards by optimizing queries, datasets, and data models for efficiency.
• Best Practices & Governance : Implement industry best practices for dashboard design, data governance, and visualization to ensure data integrity, consistency, and scalability.
• Documentation & Maintenance : Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of dashboards, data sources, and processes, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Learning : Stay up to date with the latest BI tools, features, and industry trends to continuously enhance solutions and methodologies.
