The Procurement Business Analyst will be responsible for :
- Collecting, transforming, analyzing, and reviewing data according to current processes and operational standards
- Creating, updating, maintaining, and improving reports that provide actionable insight that contributes to business development
- Continuously developing new and improving existing stakeholder relations acting as a Business Partner
- Coordinating with Business Analysts on the IPP / LPP Validation procedures
- Data Collection, Accuracy, and Analysis :

Collecting and extracting data from databases and entitiesPerform sanity checks on existing reporting solutions to ensure they are according to compliance standards and proceduresCreate actionable and insightful reports / dashboardsProvide feedback on data qualityPropose, implement, and coordinate automation projects for the existing and upcoming reporting needsBusiness Analyst to support Category Managers in their decision making

Assess trends in pricing, suppliers, markets, and segments and draft fact-based analysis reports with break-downs and correlating data and trendsProvide input into procurement data structures / hierarchies to enable spend reporting, supplier performance and improve data qualityProvide structural or ad hoc specific management information requests, analyses, reporting, etc.Support the Procurement organization with analytical techniques and knowledge sharingPropose automation solutions that increase the accessibility, quality, and performance of the reporting process, focusing on actionable insightsYearly Validation Process (IPP / LPP) – Collecting, Tracking, Forecasting, Validating
