IN & Voice Service Platforms Engineer with German

Your day to day :

Engineer 2nd Line of IN & Voice Service Platforms in a multi-vendor environment. Preventive and corrective second level troubleshooting ensuring quality and continuity of service and the restoring time for virtualized Service Applications.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business :

• In case of incident, assure trouble shooting analysis and all repair actions, including vendor support escalation, in order to achieve service restoration of impacted applications.
• Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents and constantly optimize the network, Daily Walkthroughs and Health checks for Service applications / platforms. Take corrective measures based on performance management and indicators trend analysis.
• Assure planned work activities, network rollout, software upgrades and parameter changes ensuring quality of service and avoiding regression on service and platforms functionalities.
• Assure Service Level Agreements and Service-KPIs with involved internal and external partners.
• Responsibilities include managing security protocols, conducting risk assessments, and implementing threat mitigation strategies
