Imagine being at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and on time, while actively contributing to the optimization of our processes. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help us maintain a seamless flow of information and documentation, making a significant impact on our logistics operations.  How You’ll Make an Impact

• Create and release orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Generate order confirmations in SAP to keep all partners informed.
• Enter data into relevant IT tools for order processing, primarily SAP.
• Clarify and update delivery dates based on changes from the factory or customer.
• Track order confirmations and monitor delivery dates and logistics achievements.
• Check, gather, summarize, and forward delivery documentation efficiently.
• Request and follow up on delivery documentation from sub-suppliers.
• Coordinate and communicate all deadlines and information with transportation and processing service providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective shipping and documentation flow.
