Requirements Who we are looking for 🚀 Requirements :
- 4+ years previous BA experience with banking industry role or banking experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CBAP) is a plus
- Ability to moderate conversations and meetings with client (both business and IT)
- Having storytelling abilities, to present the results of his / her work in a manner that draws attention and requires participation
- Ability to coordinate a small team of 4 resources and share knowledge / best-practices with them, to raise the know-how levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with business process modeling (ARIS, Adonis, Flowchart, BPMN2.0) and documentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Confident in delivering presentations to C-level (e.g. steering committee)
- Fluent in Romanian and English
