Your Mission :
Join our team in Bucharest as a Customer Support Specialist and provide expert assistance to Italian-speaking clients in the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) domain . Youll use your expertise to monitor transactions, investigate alerts, and ensure clients receive accurate and professional support.
This role is ideal for individuals with a banking or financial services background who want to apply their AML knowledge in a client-focused environment.
What Youll Do :
Perform AML investigations and transaction monitoring.
Assist clients with queries related to AML processes and compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely handling of alerts and cases.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards of compliance and service.
Maintain clear documentation and reporting for all cases handled.
What You Bring :
Fluency in Italian (spoken and written).
Minimum 1 year of experience in AML investigations or related financial services.
Strong knowledge of transaction monitoring and AML compliance .
Background in banking, financial services, or regulatory environments .
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
