Participate and later also lead process modeling / process design workshops and document the input of our process owners and further experts;
Actively support our process experts, process manager and modelers in the designing their processes according to Bosch eBike Systems and BPMN Standards;
Responsible for the correct and error-free documentation of the processes in our Business Process Management tool (Signavio);
Support to set-up a Bosch eBike Systems modeling guideline to ensure high quality of process modelling;
Support other modelers in our environment in questions concerning modeling conventions and tool usage.

Qualifications

Solid experience in using BPMN solutions (Signavio);

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Management relevant areas and gained experience in the design of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) diagrams adhering to a given structure;

University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics or similar);

Team player with a pragmatic attitude and a person with a strong sense of responsibility combined with focus on consistency and quality of your work;

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and international environment;

Fluent in English, German language skills are nice to have;

Availability to travel abroad for workshops (1-2 times a year).

Relocation package - If you’re being recruited from more than 50 km away, we provide a standard relocation package of 2500 RON (conditions apply). This is a one-time fee, paid together with your first salary.
