Iron Mountain’s  Global Treasury & Finance Operations team  is at the heart of the company’s financial infrastructure, ensuring efficient, secure, and compliant financial processes across the organization. This team manages key operational functions such as cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, intercompany funding, and financial systems support. By delivering reliable, scalable, and cost effective solutions, the team enables strong financial governance and supports strategic decision-making across Iron Mountain’s global footprint.

We’re looking for a driven and detail oriented  Junior Analyst  to join our Global Treasury team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience supporting cross-border finance operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll play a critical role in helping manage secure access to over 1,000 bank accounts across 40+ countries, supporting key business functions such as FP&A, Controllers, Payroll, and Treasury.

Your role in our mission

Bank Access Management

Support the ongoing verification and maintenance of user access to corporate bank accounts. Ensure that finance staff across the business have the appropriate access to support their roles, and that all changes are documented and audit-ready.

Audit & Compliance Support

Assist in routine user access reviews and help prepare documentation for internal and external audits. Collaborate with compliance and internal audit teams to ensure full alignment with regulatory and corporate policy standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with regional finance teams, including Corporate Controllers, FP&A, and Payroll, to review and update access tied to high-value activities such as cash pooling and intercompany transactions.

Valued skills and experience

Some years of experience in finance operations, treasury support, audit, banking administration, or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing financial data and documentation

Proficiency in Excel and basic familiarity with ERP systems or banking platforms (experience with SAP is a plus)

Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple countries and time zones

A proactive, self-starting mindset and willingness to learn from a high-performing global team

Fluent English (both written and spoken)
