Territory :  Brasov + Central Regions (Tg. Mures, Harghita, Covasna, Alba, Valea Prahovei, Sibiu)

Confidential client – exclusive distributor in the premium consumer goods industry We are recruiting on behalf of a  well-established international distribution group  expanding its presence in Romania. The group holds exclusive rights for globally recognized wholesale & consumer goods products, available in over 40 countries. Their Romanian branch is on an ambitious growth path — and this role is key to making that happen.

About the Role

• The  Sales Representative  will be responsible for developing and managing a client base of traditional retail shops, stationeries, and small toy stores in the allocated territory.
• This is a fully field-based role (approx. 80% time on the road), ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic, relationship-driven sales environment.
• You will report directly to the Country Manager, while enjoying full autonomy in planning your route, building your sales strategy, and generating growth in your region.
