Your main accountabilities will be : Achieve territory sales and market share objectives and analyse sales results and “visit call rate” in the areaDevelop Territory Business Plan and implement it in the area according to the promotional strategy through specific activities addressed to the target groupFulfilled marketing communication objectives (product positioning, awareness, patient profile, etc)Act and recognized as a valuable partner of the doctors, providing them with continuous medical information updateParticipate in congresses, meetings, domestic and international exhibitions concerning Novo Nordisk activities and products.QualificationsAs a Senior Medical Representative Diabates, you need to have a medical degree, dentist degree, or Master of Pharmacy. In addition, you need to have at least 3-5 years of experience in medical sales. Moreover, to be effective in this role you need to have experience with promotion launch in RX or OTC products. To be successful in this role, you should have : Experience in diabetes therapeutic area - it is considered a plusValid driving license and willingness to travelStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEthical and professional conductThe ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionalsA proactive and results-oriented mindsetFluent Romanian and English language About the departmentThe Senior Medical Representative Diabetes position is based in Brasov, Romania.
