Transaction Manager

As transaction manager at OX2 in the Bucharest team, you will be an integral part of OX2’s PMT team and its operations from day one. You are an experienced professional and add value already at the outset and be independently responsible for execution of assigned projects and other select work streams. The role is variated and can be demanding and challenging at times, especially during the execution phase of a transaction. The work holds many similarities with a typical M&A-transaction.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited :

• Project management – internally and externally – in connection with the execution of a transaction.
• Co-operation with, and management of, a broad range of individuals both internally and externally, with different professions, backgrounds, roles and skill-sets.
• Building comprehension of vital aspects of wind power project development and associated procurement and construction is a significant part of the role.
• The work will also involve travelling, exposure to senior decision makers and interaction with project developers and a global investor base.
