A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be the initial point of contact for our Operations seeking support related to their defect parts & returns, along with questions related to our reverse logistics in the Spare Parts & Suppliers organization. As a Return coordinator you must have flair for providing excellent service and be solution orientated. You will be a vital part in securing vendors claims. Hence, you are excellent in communicating professional with the different collaborators, both internal and external.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Initial point of contact for our Operations seeking support related to their Returns and questions related to Spare Parts & Suppliers.
- Established and maintain regular contact with Operations to share information and building sustainable strong customer / Key partner relationships.
- Track & expedite orders on requests or deadlines are to be missed.
- Ability to work geographically separated from the customers & Key stakeholders.
- Ensure SharePoint Data areas are always accurate and updated.
- Deal with all non-conformances in a timely manner ensuring a corrective action is communicated.
- Create inbound return orders in SAP.
- Search for data in SAP to prepare goods reception (assessment of return request)
- Distribute mails from common mail's box.
- Monitor EDI connection on return Purchase Orders.
- Ad hoc support to internal customers.
What You Bring
Fundamental knowledge in supply chain / logistics.Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization.Proficient in problem solving.Fluent English language skills.Experience with Return management is an advantage. However, not a requirement.Experience with SAP is seen as a benefit. However not a requirement.
