Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation Implementation Expert - Implementation of Performance Calibration and Merit Increase (Variable compensation) - Senior Technical Application Specialist
Candidates must work onsite 3 days per week with 2 days remote.
Must be an EU national living in the EU
The tasks / activities will include :
- Work with HR stakeholders to understand workforce compensation management (TO BE processes such as Performance Calibration and Performance Bonus) and translate them into HCM system.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation Management module and (potentially)Talent Review module, including worksheet definition, workflow setting, budgeting, compensation statement definitions, etc.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
Required knowledge :
The staff member must demonstrate knowledge in :
Familiarity with HR performance processes such as performance calibration, and performance bonus (merit increase).Deep understanding of the Workforce Compensation Management module and its integration with Core HR, Performance Management and Talent Review modules.Ability to work with Fast Formulas and Security if required.Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation Management.Languages :
Strong ability to communicate with both technical teams and HR business users. (English, French would be a plus).
