Job description1 – 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in English; Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint); Strong interest in working in different audit related projects; Your bachelor’s degree finished (Nice to have : Economics or Accountancy); Proactive attitude and you are a great team player with an open and positive spirit; Flexibility to travel within the country (Nice to have : Driving License). Job Description
We're looking for a motivated Junior Auditor to join our team at METRO Romania!
If you're passionate about process improvement, risk assessment and data integrity, this could be the opportunity you're looking for.
What you'll do :
- Take part in audit assignments and document reviews both in stores and headquarters;
- Identify process weaknesses, risks and areas for improvement;
- Draft audit reports in collaboration with the team and propose actionable solutions;
- Verify financial and operational processes according to audit standards and internal policies;
- Monitor the implementation of recommendations and support ongoing improvement.
