Your Role :

Turn no into yes : When a customer declines our offer, you’ll step in — calling them to understand their hesitation, address objections, and win them back;

Own the customer journey : Guide the customer through the process and successfully schedule a final evaluation at one of our 70 branches in France;

Drive Sales by converting interest into action;

Maintain trust and make the difference that turns leads into loyal customers. As the first point of contact you will ensure that our client's needs are consistently exceeded.
