We are looking for a Solution Architect with Java skills for our Bucharest office that will make the team even stronger.

How you will contribute

• Design architecture solutions for George ecosystem complying with the IT architecture and technology standards of BCR;
• Act as a technical lead for design, build and approve the target architecture and implementation plan on various financial domains or platforms. Main focus for this position is the Capital Marketing & Treasury domain;
• Ensures the cross-alignment between IT divisions regarding the architecture solutions proposed and the evolution of the architecture of IT systems in BCR;
• Deep knowledge of multiple Java frameworks : Java 1.8 / JSE / JEE; Spring / Spring Boot; Micro services, REST, JSON, Swagger; Object-oriented analysis and design using Design Patterns; IntelliJ, Maven, Git;
• Knowledge of relational database : PostgresSQL, Oracle and ORM technologies (JPA, Hibernate);
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (OpenShift, GCP, AWS) is a plus;
• Familiar with CI / CD pipelines (GitLab CI and / or Jenkins) and with profiling / monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana);
• Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management concepts awareness.
