Regional Clinical Product Marketing Specialist - (Anaesthesia & Ventilation)

About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic Clinical Product Marketing Specialist to lead regional initiatives in clinical training, marketing strategy, and KOL engagement for our Patient Monitoring & Life Support portfolio focusing on Anaesthesia & Ventilation. Key Responsibilities Product Demonstration & Clinical Application Training : Deliver hands-on and virtual training to healthcare professionals and distributors, ensuring optimal use of our devices and software.

Product Marketing Research & Strategy : Analyze industry trends and develop actionable strategies aligned with business goals.

Marketing Activities : Plan and execute the annual calendar of regional marketing activities such as events, workshops, and product presentations.

KOL Network Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders across the region.

Sales Collaboration : Support sales teams with product solutions, tender specifications, and strategic account alignment.

Training Deployment : Collaborating with regional and HQ colleagues to deliver internal and external training programs.

Cross-Functional Support : Act as a bridge between local teams and headquarters to ensure cohesive execution. What We’re Looking For Fluency in Greek or Romanian and English (written and spoken)

Strong experience in Patient Monitoring & Life Support medical devices, ideally focused on Anaesthesia or Ventilation capital equipment

Clinical, Biomedical or Clinical Applications background is essential

Proven knowledge of the Greek, and Southeast European healthcare market preferred
