Your Mission : Elevate Every Customer Journey

In this role, you'll be the vital link between our clients and their customers, ensuring every interaction is seamless and exceptional. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Managing flight reservations, including creating, altering, and canceling bookings with precision.
• Providing outstanding support via phone and email, answering queries about services, VIP treatment, and special assistance needs.
• Expertly handling customer claims and resolving issues related to flight disruptions, delays, or cancellations.
• Being a trusted source of real-time, accurate information to empower customers.
• Listening with empathy and going above and beyond to create memorable, positive experiences.
