Job descriptionManaging technical and business projects as a sub-project or project manager Coordinating and consulting with business departments regarding B2B processes Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions for B2B sales processes Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement Developing and documenting solution designs and business requirements Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration (Business and IT) Providing training and support to end-users Troubleshooting and resolving system issues Staying up-to-date on SAP developments and best practices 3-5 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on B2B sales processes Proven experience in implementing SAP SD or SAP Retail, ideally with SAP S / 4HANA Project management expertise (classic and agile) and familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Basic knowledge of ABAP and ABAP O / O to understand and debug reports Experience with SAP Fiori applications and UI development Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and integration scenarios Familiarity with API management and integration Experience with agile project management methodologies Understanding of international B2B sales processes and requirements Fluent in English; A foundational level of German is required Work-Life Balance : Flexible hybrid working policy with 26 vacation days + your birthday off Benefits : Monthly transport allowance, meal tickets, and health & life insurance Personal Perks : Free coffee for home, plus the chance to work on cutting-edge technology in a dynamic environment Innovative Work Environment : Creativity and forward-thinking are encouraged; collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to impactful tech projects Inclusive Culture : A diverse and inclusive workplace where your unique perspectives and ideas are valued Impactful Work : Meaningful projects that make a real difference, driving positive change and contributing to long-term success
