Job descriptionAusgezeichnete Schreib- und Sprechfähigkeiten in Deutsch (C1-Niveau) sind unerlässlich, mit Englischkenntnissen auf B2-Niveau . Vorherige Erfahrung in einem internationalen Airline-Umfeld / Betrieb ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Vertrautheit mit Buchungssystemen wie Amadeus, Galileo oder Sabre ist ein Plus. Spezialisierte Fähigkeiten, einschließlich effektiver Kommunikation und Kundenservice, mit Erfahrung in BPO / Contact Centern sind von Vorteil. Absolventen jeder Disziplin oder Studenten sind willkommen. Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, notwendige Informationen von Kunden zu beschaffen, mit starkem Fokus auf Problemlösung. Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und Outlook. Bereitschaft, in einer Contact Center-Umgebung zu arbeiten (Vollzeit Arbeit im Büro). Join our vibrant Contact Center team, where you’ll effortlessly navigate customer requests, from booking inquiries to seamless reservation changes and everything in between, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction at every turn. Communicate with customers through various channels in German and English. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Maintain a positive, empathic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. Proficient writing and speaking skills in German (C1 level) are essential, with English proficiency required at a B2 level . Prior experience in an international airline environment / operations is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus. Specialized skills including effective communication and customer service, with experience in BPO / contact centers being beneficial. Graduates in any discipline or undergraduates are welcome. Demonstrated ability to source necessary information from customers with a strong emphasis on issue resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten :
- Seien Sie das Leuchtfeuer eines außergewöhnlichen Services, das jede Kundeninteraktion mit Wärme und Fachwissen über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle hinweg erhellt – Telefonanrufe, E-Mails und soziale Medien.
- Treten Sie unserem lebendigen Contact Center Team bei, wo Sie mühelos Kundenanfragen navigieren, von Buchungsanfragen bis hin zu nahtlosen Reservierungsänderungen und allem dazwischen, und dabei eine unvergleichliche Zufriedenheit bei jedem Schritt gewährleisten.
- Kommunizieren Sie mit Kunden über verschiedene Kanäle auf Deutsch und Englisch.
- Antworten Sie umgehend auf Kundenanfragen.
- Bewahren Sie stets eine positive, empathische und professionelle Haltung gegenüber Kunden.
- Sorgen Sie für Kundenzufriedenheit und bieten Sie professionellen Kundensupport.
