• Accounting and reporting of the LeasePlan Digital entities - complete, timely and accurate recording of transactions and journal entries in the SAP ECC financial system.
• IFRS reporting and required internal reporting - Global financial reporting in SAP BPC, based on the LeasePlan Accounting and Reporting Manual (ARM)
• Implementation of adequate Balance Sheet controls on Prepayments, Accruals, GR / IR and other BS elements
• Analysis and Review for audit purposes
• Headcount Analysis and Reporting (Actuals vs Budget, HR follow-up)
• Monthly reforecasting per products
• Ensure timely reporting of intercompany positions, full entity financials, flows breakdowns and internal controls
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with company leaders and colleagues from other LeasePlan entities.
• Balance sheet positions review for completeness and accuracy of data and supporting documentation
• Preparation of Tax calculations, reports and declarations
• Preparation of recurring and ad-hoc reports for the Accounting Manager and other stakeholders.
• Providing support in case of internal and external audit.
• Creating robust documentation, continuously updating it, storing and sharing it with the team and the direct manager.
• Increasing process-level performance by implementing standardization and improvement ideas.
• Management of other activities related to LPSC deliverables when required (e.g. : reporting activities, testing the functionality of new applications, process analysis requested by the direct coordinator, quality control activities)
